What do you charge for shipping and handling? Our shipping and handling charges are determined by a flat fee except on special orders where the shipping charges are noted. You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of purchase unless it is a custom order. How do we credit your card? If an item is approved for return, we will put through a credit to the card that the item was purchased on, less shipping and handling, once the item is received back. How do I return an item? If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. (Example: if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the item name, description and price.) If an exchange is not your desire, we will make a full refund providing work is returned in good condition. 2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Store hours: from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM Woodstock is a town in Ulster County, New York. The Town of Woodstock is in the northern part of the county. Woodstock is northwest of Kingston, New York and lies within the borders of Catskill State Park. The town is famous for lending its name to the Woodstock Festival, actually held many miles away in Bethel, New York in Sullivan County. The 1903 Byrdcliffe Art Colony is the nation's oldest Arts & Crafts colony. It brought the first artists to Woodstock to teach and produce furniture, metal works, ceramics, weaving and established Woodstock's first painting school. Byrdcliffe forever changed the cultural landscape of the Town of Woodstock. |
